Dallas Police
The Dallas Police Department continues to investigate the 1992 murder of 28-year-old Dennis Mullins.
On July 12, 1992, Mr. Mullins was found dead from a gunshot wound in the breezeway of an apartment complex located at 929 S. Marsalis Avenue.
