Houston police are investigating a fatal hit and run crash at 8300 West F.M. 1960 about 7:30 p.m. last Friday (February 28).
The deceased male is identified as Tyler Hessong, 32.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant J. Richards and Officer C. Ballard reported:
The male was walking in the roadway – not in a crosswalk – near the above address when he was struck by a vehicle of unknown make or model. The driver did not stop to provide medical assistance and fled the scene in an unknown direction.
Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the male, later identified as Ms. Hessong, deceased.
