HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at a gas station parking lot at the above address and found evidence of a shooting, as well as several witnesses, however no injured persons were at the location. Officers then responded to a second shooting call at Wilcrest Drive and Westheimer Road where they located an unresponsive male with a gunshot wound. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and transported the male to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Officers later located the shooter at an area hospital who had been transported by private vehicle for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
