Dallas Police
55 PM, Dallas police responded to a shooting call in the 1000 block of Grigsby Avenue. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found 31-year-old Brione Jacquil Spencer shot lying on the ground. Dallas Fire Rescue responded and transported the victim to a local hospital where he died. This remains an ongoing investigation that will be documented under case number 111458-2024.
