Dallas Police
10 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 4500 block of Silver Springs Circle. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found 25-year-old Maikal Izaipe shot on the ground outside a home. Dallas Fire Rescue responded and Izaipe died at the scene.
Further investigation identified a suspect, 25-year-old Naudy Hernandez Perez. The preliminary investigation determined the two men got into a fight and Hernandez Perez shot Izaipe.
An arrest warrant for Murder was issued for Hernandez Perez.
The victim and suspect were known to one another.
The investigation is ongoing and documented under case number 105502-2024.
