Dallas Police
20 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance call in the 1900 block of Caddo Street. The preliminary investigation determined the suspect, 52-year-old Ketsanasak Nachampassak, injured the victim by violent means. DFR responded and the victim, 88-year-old Vannakham Nachampassak, died at the scene. The suspect was arrested and charged with Murder. The victim and suspect are known to one another. This remains an ongoing investigation documented under case number 193988-2024.
