Dallas Police
30 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a call for service in the 11400 block of Garland Road. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found the victim, 42 year old Jose Vasquez, injured and unconscious. The victim was transported to a local hospital. An Assaults Detective responded and began an investigation for an aggravated assault.
On November 10, 2023, the victim died from his injuries, and the case was reassigned to the Homicide Unit.
There is no suspect information at this time.
