Dallas Police
20 PM, Dallas police responded to a shooting call at Gus Thomasson Road and Ferguson Road. The preliminary investigation determined that when officers arrived, they found 21-year-old Christopher Montoya with a gunshot wound.
Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to the scene and determined the victim had died.
This ongoing investigation will be documented under case number 036583-2025, and the case will be referred to a Grand Jury.
