Dallas Police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead and another seriously injured.
On May 12, 2023, at about 9:40 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 3000 block of Alabama Avenue. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found two men shot at the location. Both men were taken to a local hospital where one died from his injuries and the other remains in critical condition.
Further investigation determined multiple suspects in a 4-door sedan drove by the location and fired weapons in the direction of location, hitting both victims.
The investigation is ongoing and documented on case number 088025-2023.
