Dallas Police
20 a.m., Dallas police responded to a call for service in the 4600 block of Elsie Faye Heggins Street. The preliminary investigation determined the victim, 17-year-old Nathaniel Vazquez, was found shot inside a vehicle. DFR responded and the victim died at the scene. The victim was reported missing on February 9, 2025, under case number 018728-2025.
This remains an ongoing investigation documented under case number 019319-2025.
