00 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 17500 block of Dallas Parkway. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found the victim shot in a vehicle. Dallas-Fire-Rescue responded and transported the victim to a local hospital where they died. Further investigation determined; that the suspect, 17-year-old Frank Molina Pacheco, shot the victim while they were both in a vehicle in the 3500 block of Timberglen Road. The suspect then attempted to drive to a local hospital when they crashed in the 17500 block of Dallas Pkwy. The suspect was arrested and charged with Manslaughter.
This investigation is ongoing and documented under case number 194440-2024.
The name of the victim will not be released pending family notifications.
