15 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 4600 block of Village Fair Drive. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found Josef Treece, 19, shot and laying on the ground. Treece died at the scene. A second victim, an adult male, was also shot and taken to a local hospital by private vehicle in stable condition.
The preliminary investigation determined both were passengers in a car, when a fight broke out and shots were fired by an unidentified group outside the vehicle.
Detectives also learned of a third victim, another adult male, who was hit by gunfire at the scene and was taken by private vehicle to a local hospital. He is listed in stable condition.
