On February 20, 2025, an executed search warrant in the 2000 block of J B Jackson Jr. Boulevard resulted in the seizure of several firearms, including a pistol with a “Glock switch,” a short barrel rifle, and body armor, along with more than 12 pounds of marijuana, nearly 500 grams of THC wax, more than 30 grams of alprazolam, oxycodone and amphetamine, and additional items used in the manufacturing and selling of illegal narcotics. Two men were arrested in connection, 23-year-olds Alandre Henderson and Camron Beverly; they are charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Possession of Marijuana between 5 and 50 pounds, and Manufacture and Delivery of Substance in Penalty Group 2. The search warrant was the result of an investigation of an aggravated assault at that location on December 13, 2024.
