The family and friends of Cyrus Chang and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking the public’s assistance in locating him.

Cyrus Chang was last seen on February 13, 2023, at 1500 hours at 11367 Darby Ave in the Northridge area of Los Angeles. He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a yellow t-shirt. He hasn’t been seen since and his family is concerned.

Cyrus Chang is described as a 49-year-old Korean male, black hair, black eyes, he stands five feet nine inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. Cyrus Chang is diagnosed with Schizophrenia.

The family of Tyler Caine and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.

Tyler was last seen on March 3, 2023, at 10:00 PM., in the area of the 1100 block of N. Figueroa Street in downtown Los Angeles. Tyler is autistic and non-verbal. Tyler’s family is very concerned for his safety.

Tyler is described as a 27-year-old African-American man (light complexion) with short black hair and brown eyes. Tyler stands six feet tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. Tyler was last seen wearing a black jacket, Adidas Lakers shirt with yellow and white lettering, green pants, and black shoes.
