The family of Collin Reed Best and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.
Collin Best, was last seen on February 7, 2023, in the area of 7th Street and Figueroa Street, in Downtown Los Angeles. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black shirt, black pants and white shoes. He has not been seen since and his family is concerned.
Collin Best is described as a 27-year-old male, White, Brown hair, Brown eyes, 5’07” and weighs 135 pounds. Collin suffers from Autism, Bipolar and has diminished capacity of 5-year-old.
