Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department announce the arrest of a man for a Northwest robbery.
On Saturday, May 24, 2024, the suspect approached the victim near a bank in the 3300 block of 14th Street, Northwest. The suspect snatched a cell phone and a wallet case from the victim’s hand, then fled the scene.
On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, as a result of the detectives’ investigation, 19-year-old Shaun Mabry of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Robbery (Snatch).
