Dallas Police
50 AM, Dallas police responded to a shooting call in the 3500 block of Munger Avenue. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found 38-year-old Raul Torres shot. Torres was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
On August 11, 2024, Torres died from his injury.
Further investigation identified a suspect, 17-year-old Francisco Bautista. An arrest warrant for Murder has been issued for Bautista.
Bautista is not in custody.
This remains an ongoing investigation that will be documented under case number 119605-2024.
