Dallas Police
15 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 3200 block of Quebec Street. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found Lyrone Moore, 37, shot once in the leg. Officers applied a tourniquet and pressure until Dallas Fire Rescue arrived and took Moore to a local hospital, where he later died.
The investigation is ongoing and is documented under case number 027079-2023.
