Northeast Stabbing Suspect Arrested by MPD

The Metropolitan Police Department announces an arrest has been made in a Northeast stabbing.

On Sunday, October 6, 2024, at 4:56 p.m., officers responded to 13th and H Street, Northeast, for the report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, members located an adult male suffering from stab wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Detectives determined the stabbing occurred in the 1500 block of Benning Road, Northeast.

On Friday, June 28, 2024, 38-year-old Jeremiah Hall, of no fixed address was arrested pursuant to probable cause and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.
