00 AM, the US Marshals Task Force, including members of the Dallas Police Department, executed a Capital Murder arrest warrant in the 9900 block of Adleta Boulevard.
During the execution of the warrant, the suspect and officers exchanged gunfire.
A Dallas Police Task Force member was shot in the leg. The suspect was also shot.
The officer was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. The suspect was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
This remains an ongoing investigation that will be documented under case number 203255-2023.
