30 pm, Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 9300 block of East R. L. Thornton. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found Rogelio Castro-Gomez, 21, shot in a vehicle in the parking lot. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he died on June 13, 2023, from his injuries.
The investigation has identified the suspect who shot the victim as Jose Sandoval Johnson, 23, and another suspect, Valeria Garcia, 23.
Both have been charged with Murder.
The investigation is documented under case number 064446-2023.
