Prince Harry Says William knocked him to floor in Meghan row

In his upcoming memoir “Spare”, Prince Harry alleges that he was physically confronted by his older brother Prince William during an argument in 2019 over Harry’s wife Meghan Markle.

According to a leaked extract obtained by The Guardian, the altercation took place at Harry’s London after William referred to Meghan as “difficult,” “rude,” and “abrasive” with the brothers shouting over each other in the encounter.

Harry claims that William “grabbed [him] by the collar, ripping [his] necklace, and knocked [him] to the floor.”

The incident resulted in cuts and scratches on Harry’s back, and William later returned to apologize for his actions.

Both King Charles and Prince William have declined to comment on the report.

The rift between the two brothers, who were previously very close, has been well-documented since Harry married Meghan in 2018 and the couple later stepped down from royal duties to move to California.

The main source of tension has been the Sussexes’ accusations of negative press coverage and alleged collusion by royal aides to protect other members of the monarchy, particularly Prince William.
