Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 8351 Park Place Boulevard about 11 p.m. on Wednesday (December 13).
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant A. Lopez and Detectives M. Perez, J. Escobar and N. Sharp reported:
Officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex at the above address and found the victim in the courtyard. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the male deceased.
According to witnesses, the victim was possibly arguing with an unknown male in the courtyard prior to the shooting.
At this time, there is no known suspect description.
