Houston police are investigating the shooting of a male that occurred at 16310 South Post Oak Road about 7:20 a.m. on Thursday (January 25).
The identity of the male victim, believed to be 57, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Holbrook and Detective R. Lujan reported:
The victim was involved in a confrontation with two male suspects in the parking lot of a business at the above address. The unknown suspects then shot the male before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction.
Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the man deceased at the scene.
