Dallas Police
45 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 3900 block of Gannon Lane.
The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found 36-year-old Pierre Jernigan, shot outside an apartment. Jernigan died at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing, and the case will be referred to a Grand Jury.
The case is documented on case number 173978-2023.
