Probe into Woman’s Death on Halifax Street, Houston

Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a female found at 13100 Halifax Street about 1:15 p.m. on Thursday (Jan. 11).

The female’s identity and cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Burrow and R. Watson reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a person down call at the above address and found the female unresponsive in a ditch. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced her deceased at the scene.
