Houston police homicide detectives have released a composite sketch of a suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of a woman and the wounding of a man at 1700 Gulf Freeway (South Interstate Highway 45) about 1:05 a.m. on December 10, 2023. The suspect is described as a light skinned black male in his mid 20s, with short dreadlock style hair that has blonde dye in places. He was driving in a newer model black sedan. A sketch of the male is attached to this news release.
