Los Angeles Police Department South Bureau Homicide detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects responsible for the shooting death of a man.
On Sunday, December 3, 2023, around 11:00 p.m., 77th Area patrol officers responded to a radio call of an “Ambulance Shooting” in the 8500 block of South Hoover Street.
When officers arrived, they determined the victim, a male in his 30’s, sustained a gunshot wound and had already been pronounced deceased by paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department. In addition, responding officers discovered a second male victim who had also been struck by gunfire and transported to a local hospital where he received medical treatment and listed in stable condition.
