TAMPA, FL. (January 01, 2025)- Tampa police are investigating a shooting that injured a man Tuesday night.
On December 31, 2024, around 10:45pm, officers responded to the 600-Block of N. Ashley Drive for a report of shots fired.
The early investigation found security was in the process of removing a crowd of people from the property when one of the security guards, an adult male in his late 30’s, was shot.
He was taken to the hospital and was last listed in stable condition.
This remains an active investigation. Additional details will be released as available.
