Tampa Police

TAMPA, FL. (April 7, 2025) – – Tampa Police arrested 37-year-old Kasey Pellage (white male, 2/18/1988) in connection with peeping into the windows of a home near S. Lois Ave. and W. San Miguel St. in late March.

“The swift identification and apprehension of this suspect is a direct result of the diligent work of our officers, the vigilance of our community, and the crucial role of media in disseminating information,” said Chief Lee Bercaw. “We are grateful these partnerships proved to be instrumental in bringing this individual to justice and providing a restored sense of security to the victim.”

The investigation began after a resident reported observing an unknown male looking through the windows of her home, causing her significant distress. The suspect, later identified as Pellage, was captured on video on her property on March 29th and March 30th, approaching the residence and looking into the windows.

Following the initial reports and review of the security video, detectives gathered evidence, began to develop leads, and sought the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect through social media and local news outlets.

On April 4th, an anonymous tip was received, leading detectives to Pellage as possibly being the individual captured on the video.

On April 6th, during an unrelated police investigation just after 8:30 pm, Pellage was seen loitering near a construction site in the 4100 block of Henderson Blvd. Once apprehended, he refused to identify himself. He was eventually identified and charged with two counts of Resisting Officer Without Violence and transported to Orient Road Jail.

On April 7th, further investigation led detectives to a positive identification of Pellage as the suspect who had been looking into the residential windows in late March. Detectives reported to the jail and charged Pellage with Loitering or Prowling, and Voyeurism.
