Tampa Police
On September 24, 2023, at approximately 3:15 a.m., officers responded to the Scruggs Manor apartment complex on N. 22nd St. in reference to a deceased adult male.
Upon officers arrival, the adult male was located with a fatal gunshot wound.
Detectives are still working to determine what led to the incident.
