It is believed that the individual in the video is the suspect in a homicide that occurred on Monday, March 4, 2024, in the 5700 block of N. Nebraska Avenue.
The victim is 37-year-old (DOB: 05/14/1986) Rebecca Couture (W/F).
Couture was shot and pronounced deceased at the scene.

TAMPA POLICE INVESTIGATING HOMICIDE IN 5700 BLOCK OF N NEBRASKA AVE
On March 4, 2024, at approximately 8:04 a.m., officers responded to the 5700 block of N. Nebraska Ave following a report of a deceased subject.
Upon their arrival, officers located a white female with upper body trauma. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Detectives are actively working to determine what led to this incident and identify a suspect.
There is no believed threat to the community.
The victim will be identified following next of kin notification.
