Yesterday, U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Korea Choo Kyung-ho on the sidelines of the IMF World Bank Annual Meetings in Marrakech, Morocco. Secretary Yellen discussed recent macroeconomic developments and economic security issues. The Secretary looks forward to a trilateral U.S., South Korea, Japan Finance Ministers meeting, as decided by Leaders at Camp David in August.
